Update to Frog Movement

Fixed a bug that caused the player's mouse position to continue being tracked after a click, and not stop until the jump was made. It caused inconsistencies between the predicted arc and actual movement of the frog. Hopefully this will now feel better to players, and decrease the inconsistency between predictive arc and movement!
